Marianna Almanza, PA-C
Marianna grew up in a small town outside of Chicago, Illinois, where she quickly developed an interest in medicine and helping others. Initially, she became a pharmacy technician and then earned a Bachelor of Science in Radiography with honors from the University of St. Francis in Joliet, Illinois.
She enjoyed her years as a Radiologic Technologist and preceptor at Northwestern Memorial Hospital but ultimately remained hungry for more clinical medicine and patient care. She graduated with a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California, in 2018.
With a passion for cosmetic medicine, she made sure to complete rotations in plastic surgery and dermatology in Newport Beach and Beverly Hills, respectively. She has since moved to Chico to join her husband and is having a great time exploring all the North State has to offer.
When not at work, she enjoys kickboxing, cooking, spending time with family, and traveling abroad with her husband.
